Flexibility and Ancillary Services Specialist

• Providing operational and analytical activities for Ancillary Services in the Czech Republic
  
  
• Analysing and managing Ancillary Services portfolio
  
  
• Liasing with System Operators to ensure smooth operations
  
  
• Cooperation with other departments for bundling Ancillary Services with other products (i.e. Offtake, Supply, O&M)
  
  
• Supporting the evaluation of new markets and pilot projects from both technical and business perspectives
  
  
• Monitoring and analysing the regulatory environment in the Czech Republic
  
  
• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to gather market feedback and achieve sales targets
  
  
• Cooperating with Traders and the Risk department
  
  
• Partnering with the Sales team to engage with key customers and enhance business relationships
  
  
• Designing and implementing processes for flexibility products
  
  
• Taking accountability for the performance of Ancillary Services products in the Czech Republic

• University degree in a technical field
  
  
• Experience in energy market operations
  
  
• Knowledge of energy regulations and market structures, including balancing markets
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  
  
• Srong communication skills
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
