Key Responsibilities

Providing technical support to end-users
Purchasing, installing, and configuring hardware and software. Maintaining software and hardware inventory records
Troubleshooting technical problems and identifying the root cause of issues
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Documenting technical issues and resolutions for future reference
Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure that systems are functioning properly
Assisting with testing and implementation of new software and hardware
Creating and maintaining user accounts and security settings

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge of MS Office and MS Windows (desktop and server) operating systems
Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP and DNS
General knowledge of current technologies, willingness to learn new technologies
Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Experience in setting up and controlling peripherals
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Independence, diligence, responsibility, systematicity
