September 2022 at Photon Energy Group

In September our independent power producer (IPP) portfolio of PV power plants produced 9.5 GWh of electricity.

On a year-to-date basis, 103 GWh of electricity has been produced, compared to 82.3 GWh during the same reporting period last year, an increase of 31.3%. 

The clean electricity generated by our plants in the nine months of 2022 represents an avoidance of 40,358 t of CO₂ emissions.

After the reporting period, we have closed a long-term, non-recourse project refinancing agreement with UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia a.s. in the amount of EUR 28.1 Million for nine proprietary PV power plants in the Czech Republic with a combined capacity of 14.6 MWp.

After the reporting period, we have tapped our 6.50% Green EUR Bond 2021/2027 in the amount of EUR 10 million to a total outstanding amount of EUR 75 million.
